Apple Swirl Cake

- apple Swirl cake shopping list
- 2 c apples shopping list
- 3 tb sugar shopping list
- 1 ts cinnamon shopping list
- 2 c sugar shopping list
- 1 c cooking oil shopping list
- 4 ea eggs shopping list
- 1/4 c orange juice shopping list
- 2 ts vanilla shopping list
- 3 c sifted flour shopping list
- 1 tb baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 ts salt shopping list
- Peel, core, and chop apples into small pieces. shopping list
- Mix together with 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. shopping list
- Set aside. shopping list
- In large bowl, combine sugar and cooking oil; beat. shopping list
- Add eggs, orange juice, and vanilla. shopping list
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture. shopping list
- Beat until smooth. shopping list
- Pour one third batter into greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan alternating with one half apple mixture. shopping list
- Repeat. shopping list
- End with layer of batter on top. shopping list
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 minutes or until cake tests done. shopping list
- Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes; turn out on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling. shopping list
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. shopping list
