Barbadian Tuna Sandwhiches

- 2 cans chunk white tuna in water shopping list
- 2 tbs mayonaise shopping list
- 1/2 tsp white pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp hot bajan pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 medium (red/white) onion chopped shopping list
- 1 tbs parsley chopped shopping list
- 2 hoagies/French bread toasted shopping list
- 1tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1 large sliced tomato shopping list
- 4 lettuce leaves shopping list
How to make it
- drain tuna
- add mayonise, white pepper, pepper sauce, onion and parsley
- slice bread lengthwise
- hollow out inside of bread. leave appox 1 inch of crust
- add bread pieces to the tuna mixture
- brush hollowed out bread with olive oil
- gril until slightly toasted
- place tuna mixture in bread
- top with sliced tomato and lettuce
- cut each hoagie/french bread into two pieces
- serve warm
