How to make it

  • drain tuna
  • add mayonise, white pepper, pepper sauce, onion and parsley
  • slice bread lengthwise
  • hollow out inside of bread. leave appox 1 inch of crust
  • add bread pieces to the tuna mixture
  • brush hollowed out bread with olive oil
  • gril until slightly toasted
  • place tuna mixture in bread
  • top with sliced tomato and lettuce
  • cut each hoagie/french bread into two pieces
  • serve warm
