Party Pleaser - Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed With Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box of cherry tomatoes - ripe and uniform
  • 1/2 lbs of farmer cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp melted butter
  • salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • fresh herbs such as flat leaf parsley, dill, mint or basil, finely chopped

Directions
  1. Cut off the cap of each tomato - about 1/4 inch.
  2. Using small knife, or melon baller, or a teaspoon, scoop out the seeds.
  3. -
  4. Mix cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, herbs and salt until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fill tomatoes using the teaspoon, slightly topping them off.
  6. Arrange on a leaf of lettuce.
  7. -
  8. To decorate for the party, you can pierce each tomato with a pick and slide a black pitted olive on top of it.
