Party Pleaser - Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed with Cheese

Easy easy easy. Pleasy pleasy pleasy. Nice way to wow your party without breaking a sweat. Looks very decorative
Ingredients
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes - ripe and uniform shopping list
- 1/2 lbs of farmer cheese shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp melted butter shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced shopping list
- fresh herbs such as flat leaf parsley, dill, mint or basil, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Cut off the cap of each tomato - about 1/4 inch.
- Using small knife, or melon baller, or a teaspoon, scoop out the seeds.
- -
- Mix cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, herbs and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Fill tomatoes using the teaspoon, slightly topping them off.
- Arrange on a leaf of lettuce.

- To decorate for the party, you can pierce each tomato with a pick and slide a black pitted olive on top of it.
