- 1lb chicken brest shopping list
- 1 pack chicken gizzards shopping list
- 1 cup chicken liver shopping list
- 2 lg onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbs salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vegeta shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley flaks shopping list
- 2 qt water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup rice (uncle Bill ) shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet saute oil and onions until light browned,
- Add the sliced chicken,gizzards,salt,pepper,vegeta,parsley flaks, stirrning together,and keep the heat on low,simmer for 11/2hour.
- Need to stirrning about every 10 minutes.Has to be coverd.
- After 11/2 hour add the water,and chicken liver,cook for 30 -45 minutes
- and add the rice,make sore not to over cook the rice.Kocking time for the rice about 10 minutes.Then let it sit for 1/2 hour.then serve.
- Can be serve with white brad.
