How to make it

  • In a skillet saute oil and onions until light browned,
  • Add the sliced chicken,gizzards,salt,pepper,vegeta,parsley flaks, stirrning together,and keep the heat on low,simmer for 11/2hour.
  • Need to stirrning about every 10 minutes.Has to be coverd.
  • After 11/2 hour add the water,and chicken liver,cook for 30 -45 minutes
  • and add the rice,make sore not to over cook the rice.Kocking time for the rice about 10 minutes.Then let it sit for 1/2 hour.then serve.
  • Can be serve with white brad.
