Ingredients
  • 1lb chicken brest
  • 1 pack chicken gizzards
  • 1 cup chicken liver
  • 2 lg onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1 tsp vegeta
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley flaks
  • 2 qt water
  • 1 1/2 cup rice (uncle Bill )
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions
  1. In a skillet saute oil and onions until light browned,
  2. Add the sliced chicken,gizzards,salt,pepper,vegeta,parsley flaks, stirrning together,and keep the heat on low,simmer for 11/2hour.
  3. Need to stirrning about every 10 minutes.Has to be coverd.
  4. After 11/2 hour add the water,and chicken liver,cook for 30 -45 minutes
  5. and add the rice,make sore not to over cook the rice.Kocking time for the rice about 10 minutes.Then let it sit for 1/2 hour.then serve.
  6. Can be serve with white brad.
