Dr Mercolas Cheese Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups deskinned raw almond, macdamia or other nut flour
  • 1 cup Beans 'R' Us ben flour, arrowroot or soy flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cumin seed
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, raw or organic butter
  • 1 cup grass-fed shar cheddar, shredded
  • 3 medium eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp honey or
  • 1 packet Stevia Plus alternate sweetener

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In mixing bowl, combine nut flour, bean flour, baking soda, and cumin.
  2. Add coconut oil or butter and shredded cheese and stir until blended.
  3. Stir in beaten eggs and sweetener. Pour into well greased 4"x8" loaf pan. Bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
