Chicken Pot Butter Biscuit Recipe
A great one dish meal. No side needed...not even bread! Serves us beautifully!

Ingredients
  • 2 cans mixed veggies
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 2 cans chicken
  • 2 pks biscuits
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 stick butter, melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Drain veggies and chicken and combine
  3. Add soup and mix well
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. **a little milk may be needed for a little extra juice, this depends on your likeness**
  6. Place in greased 13x9 baking dish
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. **should be bubbly by now**
  9. Remove from oven and cover with biscuits
  10. Place back in oven for about 4 to 5 minutes, then remove and pour melted butter over biscuits
  11. Place back in oven for another 4 or 5 minutes until biscuits are done
