Trail Mix Biscotti

- Trail Mix Biscotti shopping list
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease/spray baking sheet. shopping list
- Combine: shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt - set aside shopping list
- Cream: shopping list
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- Add to creamed mixture: shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla - blend well shopping list
- Transfer to lightly floured surface. Gradually add: shopping list
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) trail mix mixed nuts & raisins shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- Knead dough, blend fruit in well after each addition. Divide dough in half, shaping each half into 2 loaves - 12 inches long, 2 inches wide; place on prepared pan. shopping list
- Bake until lightly browned, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Remove to cutting board; cool 15 minutes. Using serrated knife, slice loaves diagonally into 1-inch slices. Return to baking sheets, placing cut side down. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly toasted and dry, turning over and bake another 10 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. shopping list
