How to make it

  • Measure out 12oz of apple juice per smoothie and 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries or fruits of your choice. My personal favorite was the banana blueberry one...sooo goood! Stick it all in the blender and puree for a few seconds and Wala!
  • Can top with whipcream for a delicious and lowfat (appetite suppressing) treat!
  • Some delicious combinations include:
  • Blueberry & Banana (my personal fave)
  • Strawberry Orange Dream (add 2 tbs of frozen whipped cream to your mix)

    I asked at the restaurant but wanted to be sure: does the fruit smoothie have anything dairy in it? A lot of places add a powder that has whey protein in it, and my poor nursing newborn can't stomach any dairy. I'd love to know I've found a place where I can order something!
