Fruit Smoothies

- Just a jug of apple juice* shopping list
- Fresh or frozen fruits (Frozen comes out thinner, almost like a slushy) shopping list
- A blender! shopping list
How to make it
- Measure out 12oz of apple juice per smoothie and 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries or fruits of your choice. My personal favorite was the banana blueberry one...sooo goood! Stick it all in the blender and puree for a few seconds and Wala!
- Can top with whipcream for a delicious and lowfat (appetite suppressing) treat!
- Some delicious combinations include:
- Blueberry & Banana (my personal fave)
- Strawberry Orange Dream (add 2 tbs of frozen whipped cream to your mix)
