  • boil tatters till tender
  • mash to a fluffy constancey
  • place meat in skillet ond saute till done
  • season the meat before you cook it drain any oil off
  • put meat and the veggies in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish
  • sprinkle with seasonings
  • cover with the whipped potatoes
  • place in the oven until taters are brown
