Ingredients
  • 8 white potatoes peeled
  • 3 lb chopped beef
  • salt an pepper
  • 1 can 17 oz corn drained
  • 1 can 16 oz carrots drained
  • 1 can 15 oz peas drained
  • preheat to 375

Directions
  1. boil tatters till tender
  2. mash to a fluffy constancey
  3. place meat in skillet ond saute till done
  4. season the meat before you cook it drain any oil off
  5. put meat and the veggies in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish
  6. sprinkle with seasonings
  7. cover with the whipped potatoes
  8. place in the oven until taters are brown
