How to make it

  • Filling:
  • Combine:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsps. butter or margarine
  • 2 tsps. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 x. chopped pecans
  • Line muffin tins with pastry.
  • Fill 1/2 to 3/4 full of pecan filling.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
