A great way to use up leftover roast pork!

Ingredients
  • BBQ PORK SANDWICHES
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. in margarine
  • 2 tbsps. vinegar
  • 3 tbsps. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 cups shredded pork roast, cooked
  • Sauté onion until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in the rest of ingredients except meat; simmer 5 minutes.
  • Add meat and heat through. Serve on buns.
