Chicken and Noodle Stir-Fry

- chicken and noodle Stir-Fry shopping list
- 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut up shopping list
- 1 T. PLUS 4 t. cornstarch, divided shopping list
- 1 small onion, sliced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 T. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetable medley shopping list
- 1/4 c. PLUS 2 T. soy sauce shopping list
- 8 oz. vermicelli, cooked shopping list
- Cut chicken into thin strips; coat with 1 T. cornstarch; stir fry with onion and garlic in hot oil 3 minutes. Add frozen vegggies; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes until heated. Combine 2/3 c. water, soy sauce and 4 t. cornstarch; stir into chicken mixture. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Add vermicelli; toss to combine. shopping list
