A fabulous turkey for a weeknight meal!! Quick and easy too!!

Ingredients
  • 1 small turkey breast, thawed
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. remove turkey breast from wrapper
  2. cover turkey in butter
  3. cover with salt and pepper
  4. wrap in tin foil
  5. place in crockpot
  6. add enough water just to cover the bottom of the crockpot
  7. cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours
  8. remove turkey from crockpot and foil
  9. slice and serve
  10. **save some of the broth for turkey gravy**
