this is a dish that is easy and good. it's a hit at almost every function and it works at every function. weddings, birthdays or church functions.

Ingredients
  • 20 or 30 jalapeno peppers
  • one medium container of cream cheese
  • 1-2 pounds of bacon

Directions
  1. preheat oven at 350 degrees
  2. halve the jalapenos lengthwise
  3. seed the peppers
  4. fill the half peppers with cream cheese and smooth it out.
  5. wrap peppers with bacon
  6. place 'rats' (ratones) in a pan and into the oven.
  7. bake for one hour at 350 degrees
