this is a dish that is easy and good. it's a hit at almost every function and it works at every function. weddings, birthdays or church functions.
Ingredients
- 20 or 30 jalapeno peppers shopping list
- one medium container of cream cheese shopping list
- 1-2 pounds of bacon shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven at 350 degrees
- halve the jalapenos lengthwise
- seed the peppers
- fill the half peppers with cream cheese and smooth it out.
- wrap peppers with bacon
- place 'rats' (ratones) in a pan and into the oven.
- bake for one hour at 350 degrees
