Ingredients
  • 1 stick of butter (melted)
  • 1 can Eagle Bran milk
  • 2 boxes confectioner's sugar
  • 2 boxes or 1 large pkg. Angel Flake coconut
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, shape into balls.
  • In a double boiler mix:
  • 1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1/2 c. paraffin

Directions
  1. Heat until all chocolate and paraffin are melted.
  2. Then dip candy balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper.
  3. Top with pecan if desired.
  4. Let cool.
