double delight peanut butter cookie Recipe

How to make it

  • [1] in small bowl mix chopped p-nuts,sugar,cinnonamon, set aside
  • [2] in another bowl- stir p-nut butter and powdered sugar, until completed blended
  • shape into 24 [1 inch] balls
  • [3] cutroll of cookie dough into 12 slices, cut each slice in half, crosswise to make 24 pieces. flatten slightly, shape 1 cookie dough piece around 1 p-nut butter ball- covering completly repeat 24 times
  • [4] roll each covered ball in p-nut mixture, gently pat mixture completly onto balls
  • on ungreased cookie sheet. place balls 2 inchs apart
  • spray bottom of drinking glass, with crisco- orginal non stick spray.
  • press into remaining p-nut mixture.
  • flatten each ball to 1/2 inch thickness with bottom of glass. sprinkle remaining p-nut mixture over top of cookies
  • bake 9 to 12 minutes/ or until edges are brown cool 1 minute
