- 3 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup warm water 95-115 degrees shopping list
- 2 tbl dry active yeast shopping list
- 2 tbl honey shopping list
- 1 /4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 /2 rea salt shopping list
How to make it
- use processor with dough blade.
- pour in warm water. honey,salt.
- mix on low 20 seconds
- add yeast low 5 seconds
- add 1 cup flour low 10 seconds
- add olive oil low for 15 - 20 seconds
- add rest of flour and any spices you wish at thjis time
- mix high for 1-2 minutes
- dough should turn into a ball and roll around the processor
- if it does not ball up--to dry
- add water 1 tbl at a time until it balls up
- if to runny add flour 1 tbl at a time till you get it the way you want
- after the dough has balled up
- place it on a floured board
- knead for about 1 minute
- place in a covered bowl in a warm dry place to rise
- 45 minutes later it should de twice the size it was
- punch it beat it to let out air then let it rise for another 1 1/2 hours
- form in 6 inch to 8 inch balls - freeze the rest
- roll out using the palms and work from the middle out
- till you make a pie
