Ingredients
  • 2 italian sausages (cooked and sliced)
  • 1/2 head romain lettuce
  • 1/2 head ice burg lettuce
  • 1/2 head butter lettuce
  • 2 sweet tomatoes
  • provalona cheese (aged) (chopped)
  • OR aged cheddar (chopped)
  • garbanzo beans
  • kidney beans
  • Dressing:
  • red wine vinegar
  • honey
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Directions
  1. cook and slice sausages
  2. chop lettuce ad tomatoes
  3. grate or chop cheese
  4. mix all ingredients
  5. mix dressing ingredients to taste and pour over salad just to coat
