- fresh mint leaves, finely chopped -2 spoons, shopping list
- 1 cup of milk shopping list
- 1 onion-finely chopped shopping list
- 2 spoons of butter shopping list
- 1 spoon of flour shopping list
How to make it
- wash and chop fresh mint leaves
- chop one onion and fry it on the melted butter a bit till it becomes tender
- pour a cup of milk into the onions and let it boil
- add the mint leaves
- dissolve the flour in some cold water and gently add to the milk
- especially tender with hot unpeeled potatoes -enjoy :-)
