How to make it

  • wash and chop fresh mint leaves
  • chop one onion and fry it on the melted butter a bit till it becomes tender
  • pour a cup of milk into the onions and let it boil
  • add the mint leaves
  • dissolve the flour in some cold water and gently add to the milk
  • especially tender with hot unpeeled potatoes -enjoy :-)
