Bruschetta Chicken Bake

A super easy recipe that I got out of a Kraft Magazine. It says it serves 6, but my 3 roomates and I finished it all off for dinner last night!
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves shopping list
- 1 cup Kraft 2% milk Reduced Fat mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 Degrees
- Mix tomatoes, garlic, stuffing, and water until stuffing is moistened.
- Layer chicken, basil, stuffing mixture, and cheese in 9X13 or 3 qt baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes
