Ingredients

How to make it

  • Prepare banana pudding as directed on the package.
  • In a large bowl, combine mascrapone cheese, pudding mix, milk called for use, PLUS the 2 extra cups.
  • Set all pudding mixes aside to thicken up a bit
  • Using a rolling pin, flatten out edges of shortcakes to your desired thickness, of course this is optional, I just liked the way it all came together in the dish.
  • In a small baking/casserole dish, layer bottom with shortcakes.
  • Pour half mixture of pudding onto cakes.
  • Top with more cakes, and then pour ALL banana pudding on top of that.
  • Finally, finish that off with the remaining mixture of chocolate pudding.
  • Let chill in fridge for at least an hour.. Believe me it's hard to leave it alone, it looks great and taste even better.
  • Enjoy :)

I had some unused mascrapone, I was bored cleaning out the fridge, found it and made this bad boy.. It's so good guys, Cross my heart!
I also use so much milk, because it thickens a lot and becomes TOO thick for my taste, but please do as you wish.
