Impossible Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 100g Butter
  • 225g Caster Sugar
  • 225g Dessicated Coconut
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100g Plain Flour- flour can be any preffered type
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 300ml whole milk
  • Optional with serving - Custard/Custard Powder and/or cream

Directions
  1. Butter a 10 inch pie dish (or a spring form cake tin works too)
  2. Mix all ingrediants together by mixer or hand
  3. Pour into buttered dish/tin
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour until golden and crisp on top
  5. Serving Suggestions: Best served Hot with Cream or Custard
  6. You should have a sponge base, and egg custard type middle and a crunchy coconut topping.
