Beef Steak Recipe
This dish serves well with carrots, french beans, potatoes and sauces.

Ingredients
  • 500 grams beef
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • nutmeg, grounded
  • salt to taste
  • Sauce:
  • 100 cc stock
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/4 nutmeg, bruised
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • Serve with:
  • 200 grams carrots, cut and boiled
  • 200 grams sliced potaotes and fried
  • 200 grams young frnech beans, boiled

Directions
  1. Tenderise beef by pounding with the back of a knife. Rub beef with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  2. Heat margarine in a pan and fry beef until golden brown. Reomove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Serve beef with carrots, potatoes, french beans and sauces.
  4. Sauce:
  5. Pour stock into the pan with the margarine from frying beef. Add the other sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat.
