Beef Steak

- 500 grams beef shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 3 tbsp margarine shopping list
- nutmeg, grounded shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 100 cc stock shopping list
- 2 cloves shopping list
- 1/4 nutmeg, bruised shopping list
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp sweet soy sauce shopping list
- Serve with: shopping list
- 200 grams carrots, cut and boiled shopping list
- 200 grams sliced potaotes and fried shopping list
- 200 grams young frnech beans, boiled shopping list
How to make it
- Tenderise beef by pounding with the back of a knife. Rub beef with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
- Heat margarine in a pan and fry beef until golden brown. Reomove from the pan and set aside.
- Serve beef with carrots, potatoes, french beans and sauces.
- Sauce:
- Pour stock into the pan with the margarine from frying beef. Add the other sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat.
