Jalapeno pecan pesto This is a modification of my first version of this recipe. This one is better!

Ingredients
  • 6 large jalapeno peppers
  • 3/4/ Cup shredded parmesean and romano chesses mixed
  • 1/2 Cup packed chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans toasted
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions
  1. Rough chop everything and give it a ride in your food processor
  2. don't overdo it with the lemon or it will take over
  3. I removed the membranes from the peppers but leave them in if you want some kick
