Ingredients
  • 8 -10 medium sized tomatos (any variety you choose)
  • 5 - 7 serrano peppers. You will use the whole pepper seeds, membrane and all. (you can use any pepper you wish but the serrano is perfect for salsa in my opinion)
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 - 2 cloves of garlic
  • handful of cilantro
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Boil a pot of water. once water is at a rapid boil add tomatos and peppers.
  2. let boil for about 10 minutes or just till the skin starts to crack on your tomatos.
  3. Drain tomatos and peppers in a colander.
  4. you will now need a food processor or a blender. (I use a food processor)
  5. Add all ingredients except salt. MIX WELL
  6. This may take a few trips with the food processor depending on the size of your processor. But I like to do it in stages myself this way I can add the peppers slowly and taste test as I go to make sure my heat is not to overbearing.
  7. Add salt to your liking.
  8. I hope all my babbling makes sense to you. I can make this wonderful elixir with my eyes closed so Ithis recpie was kinda hard to put down in words. Happy cooking! :o)
