Ingredients
  • Seeds from two medium pumpkins, rinsed - note that removing and rinsing pumpkin seeds takes about 20 to 30 minutes!
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • Kosher salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 250
  2. Spread the seeds on a greased cookie sheet
  3. Sprinkle some Kosher salt on them
  4. Sprinkle the brown sugar on them - I pinch the sugar and rub my fingers together to spread it
  5. Place the pan in the center of the oven
  6. Turn the oven to 300
  7. Roast for 40 minutes
