How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 250
  • Spread the seeds on a greased cookie sheet
  • Sprinkle some Kosher salt on them
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar on them - I pinch the sugar and rub my fingers together to spread it
  • Place the pan in the center of the oven
  • Turn the oven to 300
  • Roast for 40 minutes
on pumpkin ice cream!   Close
