How to make it

  • In a food processor, finely grind Lime and Orange.
  • Add remaining ingeds. and mix well.
  • Chill at least 1 hour.
  • Serve over or in your favourite salad OR
  • As a dip for fruit, cake cubes, cookies, veggies...use your imagination!
  • Refrigerate in a sealed container.
  • Keeps for 3 weeks. lol
  • You can use just the zest and juice for a cleaner flavour, but whole tastes pretty good, too.
