Fruit Cocktail Cake.

Ingredients
- 1 No. 2 can fruit cocktail (leave out 3 Tbsps. juice)
- Pour into large bowl.
- Add 1 beaten egg to cocktail.
- Sift toghether:
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions
- Add to cocktail and egg mixture and mix well.
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and pour into ungreased pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle top with brown sugar and chopped nuts.
- Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
