How to make it

  • Pour the oil into the pan, heat it. Put the egg, and fry it, make a scrambble egg. Take them up
  • Add the oil into the pan, after it was heat up, saute the spice, until it's fragrance appear. Then put the shrimp and the chicken, stir until it done.
  • Put the rice and egg, finely stir, then add salt, soy sauce , ketchup and oyster sauce. Stir it until it's all mix together, and finely done.
