Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 75g caster sugar
- 50g self raising flour
- 2 handfuls of cornflakes
Directions
- Preheat to 180 c/ 350F/gas 4 .Grease line tray.
- Cream the butter and sugar and fold in the flour
- Sprinkle the cornflakes,mix as you go.
- .Blob teaspoon size at lease 3cm apart for 20-30 min.
- They will crisp up as they cool.
