Apples and Cheese Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat together sugar, flour, butter and cheese
  • Place drained apples in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish
  • Top with cheese mixture, pressing into apples but not stirring
  • Pour milk on the top, do not stir
  • Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until golden.
