How to make it

  • Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and pecans. Fold into whipped cream. Place scoops of ice-cream in pie shell and pour pumpkin mixture over ice-cream. Freeze at least 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream.
