How to make it

  • Make a white sauce with first three ingredients
  • add garlic, chilli paste and black pepper
  • Saute capsicum, onion (chopped finely)
  • mix capsicum, onion and chicken in white sauce
  • place in pie dish
  • slice hard boiled eggs and place on top
  • place pastry on top
  • brush pastry with milk or egg yolk
  • bake 1 hour in 180 degree C oven.
  • Can add diced ham or bacon and cream for variety
