Chicken Pecan Wraps Recipe


CHICKEN PECAN WRAPS Recipe
Warm tortillas are easier to fold. To heat them, place on a plate and cover with a paper towel. Microwave for 10-20 seconds until warmed. Guacamole would be good on this, too.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 T. sour cream
  • 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • salsa and shredded lettuce, optional

Directions
  1. In a skillet, cook the chicken, onion and cumin in butter until the chicken juices run clear. Reduce the heat and add the pecans and sour cream. Cook and stir until heated. Spoon about 1/2 cup down the center of each tortilla and top with cheese, salsa and lettuce, if desired. Fold the sides over to make a wrap.
