OVEN GRILLED SALMON

- 1-1/2 lbs. salmon fillets shopping list
- lemon pepper to taste shopping list
- garlic powder to taste shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1/3 c. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/3 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 c. water shopping list
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle the salmon with the lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water and vegetable oil until the sugar is dissolved. Place the salmon in a large Ziploc bag and add the soy sauce mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place on a greased broiler pan and bake at 450° for 12 minutes. Turn your oven to "Broil" and cook for 5 more minutes.
