How to make it

  • Sprinkle the salmon with the lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water and vegetable oil until the sugar is dissolved. Place the salmon in a large Ziploc bag and add the soy sauce mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place on a greased broiler pan and bake at 450° for 12 minutes. Turn your oven to "Broil" and cook for 5 more minutes.
