GLAZED CARROTS Recipe
This can easily be halved if you're not sure the kids will eat it. You'll probably be surprised that the next you make it, you'll need the whole recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 (2 lb) bag of carrots
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 (1-oz.) env. Ranch Dressing mix

Directions
  1. Place the carrots into a saucepan. Add 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In the same pan, combine the butter, brown sugar and dressing mix. Stir well. Add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes or until the carrots are well glazed.
