How to make it
- Place the carrots into a saucepan. Add 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In the same pan, combine the butter, brown sugar and dressing mix. Stir well. Add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes or until the carrots are well glazed.
