How to make it

  • In blender, combine avocado, lime juice, vinegar, water, honey, and salt and pepper and mix on high.
  • Slowly add olive oil. The oil should emulsify so it won't separate later from the other ingredients.
  • To make the green color darker, you can add spinach leaves.
  • Pour into condiment bottle (available at grocery store).
  • If mix is too thick, add more water. If too thin, add more olive oil.
  • Decoratively drizzle onto hors d'oeuvres platter and over your appetizers
  • Great for holiday parties!
