A regular at moms house, just got this recipe off her not too sure how many it feeds or how long it takes yet, but man is it good!

Ingredients
  • Fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • broccoli
  • can of cream of mushroom soup
  • one cup mayo
  • curry, paprika, salt, pepper
  • parmesan cheese
  • shell noodles

Directions
  1. Saute mushrooms and garlic
  2. saute chicken
  3. steam broccoli
  4. put broccoli in bottom of casserole dish
  5. put sauteed chicken on top
  6. mix mushroom soup with mayo and seasonings and pour over chicken and broccoli
  7. then scatter mushrooms and garlic on top
  8. sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  9. bake - covered - at 350 for 45 minutes
  10. uncover and bake for additional 30 minutes until brown and bubbly
  11. meanwhile cook shell noodles
