Egg Pancakes

- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 chilli, chopped finely shopping list
- 1 scallion, chopped finely shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce shopping list
- 5 teaspoons oil shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the scallions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chilli,
- mixing well.
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat until the surface
- ripples. Add the eggs and swirl the pan so the egg rolls over
- the surface evenly. Turn the heat to low and
- cook until the bottom of the pancake is set and browned,
- turn and cook until browned on the other side. Remove
- and serve.
