How to make it

  • Brown the 2 lbs of beef in a frying pan
  • Chop up the celery and onions
  • Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and mix thoroughly
  • Heat for 5-6 hours on Low or 3-5 hours on High
  • As it cooks taste periodically, if you want it spicier you can add chili powder or peppers
  • Add a spoonful of sour-cream and grated cheese on top and enjoy!
