Ok,so I'm by passing the "Blue Law" ,could have posted tomorrow,but shoot ,just call me a rebel.

Ingredients
  • Boil 2 pints dark ale with a sprinkling of sugar,cloves and cinnamon.
  • Add the rind of one lemon,cut in a long spiral.
  • Mix 4 Tablespoons cornstarch with 6 Tablespoos beer and stir into the hot ale.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Beat 4 eggs with 1/4 cup sugar until frothy and add to the hot ale mixture and stir well
  • Note: Very warming on a chilly winter day!
  • Enjoy
