Ingredients
  • 2 c. diced chicken
  • 2 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 6 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 Tbsps. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • Small can of pimentoes

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together, put in greased dish.
  2. Top with cracker crumbs or potato chips.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Serves 6 to 8.
