Mars bar biscuits

Rich, crunchy & sticky rice crispy biscuits, made with one of our favourite treats
Ingredients
- 200g butter shopping list
- 6x65g mars bars shopping list
- 200g rice crispies shopping list
- 250g milk chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Cut butter & mars bars into small chunks, place in saucepan
- Place over low heat & stir till melted, careful to not let it burn.
- Combine the mars bar mixture with the rice crispies in a bowl and mix well
- Put into a lined tin & press down, until firm
- Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over saucepan of simmering water
- Pour over the contents of tin & spread evenly with knife
- Leave to set
- When firm, cut into squares & serve as preferred.
