Rich, crunchy & sticky rice crispy biscuits, made with one of our favourite treats

Ingredients
  • 200g butter
  • 6x65g mars bars
  • 200g rice crispies
  • 250g milk chocolate

Directions
  1. Cut butter & mars bars into small chunks, place in saucepan
  2. Place over low heat & stir till melted, careful to not let it burn.
  3. Combine the mars bar mixture with the rice crispies in a bowl and mix well
  4. Put into a lined tin & press down, until firm
  5. Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over saucepan of simmering water
  6. Pour over the contents of tin & spread evenly with knife
  7. Leave to set
  8. When firm, cut into squares & serve as preferred.
