Swiss Stew Tips

- 1 tablespoon shortening shopping list
- 2 Pounds stew meat shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp salt shopping list
- 2 cups canned tomatoes shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 chup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 bay leaf shopping list
How to make it
- Melt Shortening
- Brown meat
- Add salt, tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, onion and bay leaf and cover skillet.
- Lower Heat and let simmer for two hours
- serve over rice or noodles.
