Spinach Cheese Polenta

- 4 cups water shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 1 cup ground yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 bunch spinach shopping list
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan (or your favorite cheese) shopping list
- 1 1/5 t pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Rinse spinach, chop coarsely
- Boil water
- Pour boiled water over cornmeal
- Pour into small, glass baking pan
- Stir in spinach & cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Can be eaten fresh from oven, served at room temperature or chilled
