How to make it

  • PLACE VEGGIES, TOMATOES, BROTH, ONION AND GARLIC IN A LARGE POT. BRING TO A BOIL AND REDUCE TO SIMMER FOR 30-40 MINUTES UNTIL VEGGIES ARE VERY TENDER.
  • MASH VEGGIES UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY. ADD CHEESES AND STIR UNTIL MELTED.
  • ADD SALT, PEPPER, AND HOT SAUCE TO YOUR TASTE!
  • IF YOU LIKE YOURS A ‘LIL THICKER, ADD 1-2 TBSP. FLOUR, CORNSTARCH OR MESA FLOUR WITH WATER UNTIL A LIQUID AND SLOWLY STIR IN SOUP UNTIL THICKENED*
