My Big Meatloaf Recipe Bozwa / All my dishes

I've perfected my meatloaf, and, to be honest, I've come to not not like any meatloaf but this one! Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 2 slices bread
  • The following to taste: Worcestershire sauce (i add enough of this until there is a strong smell of it), seasoned salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
  • Barbecue Sauce

Directions
  1. Place hamburger, egg and onion in mixing bowl.
  2. Break up bread into little pieces; add to mixing bowl as well.
  3. Put in seasonings.
  4. With hands, mix all ingredients together well.
  5. Shape into loaf and place into baking pan.
  6. Slather top of meatloaf with barbecue sauce.
  7. Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours.
  8. **Tip: to cut down on the oodles of grease that the meatloaf would be sitting in, before putting the meatloaf in to bake, break up a few pieces of bread in half and place around the loaf in the pan. Does wonders soaking up the grease!
  9. Enjoy!
