How to make it

  • Heat butter and add garlic in a saucepan .
  • Add flour until combined . Remove from heat .
  • Gradually add stock till combined.
  • Return pan to the heat and stir till the sauce begins boiling .
  • Add mustard , and season with pepper and salt as required.
  • Bring the sauce to a boil and add the prawns .
  • Take off from the heat as soon as the prawns colour changes.That will take hardly 2 minutes .
  • The sauce should not be too thick .
  • garnish with parsely and serve immediately .
  • FOR PRESENTATION CAN SERVE ON A SIZZLING PLATE .
