Ingredients

Crust:

1 cup dried shredded raw coconut

1 cup raw macadamia nuts

1/4 cup (packed) pitted dates

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 tsp coconut butter or coconut oil

Filing:

2 large ripe Avocados

1/2 cup Raw Cacao

1/2 cup Rapadura ( unbleached whole cane sugar)

1 Tbl spoon Vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

will also need:

2 to 3 Bananas

4 to 5 strawberries

Directions

Combine all the crust ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. Press into an 8" pie plate. Set aside

Combine all filling ingredients in food processor and blend till creamy ( this make take a little while (3 to 5 minutes)

Place 1/4 filling into the crust and spread evenly. Place a nice layer of bananas(2-3 sliced) on the filling, put remaining filling on top of bananas and spread evenly. Cover and chill a couple of hours before serving. Serve slices garnished with sliced strawberries

Soooo heavenly!!! Crust was overly salty. I suggest less salt in the crust. Aloha ke akua :)

Oh yah, I did my banana slices thin, didnt know what it would come out like frozen. Next time im going to make the slices more abundant and varying thin and a little thicker because its so fun to get a piece of the frozen banana mixed with tha chocolate moose. Peace!
