Ingredients
  • 2 8oz packs plain cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • Vanilla Wafers
  • Cherry pie Filling
  • cupcake liners

Directions
  1. Cream together all above ingredients aside from pie filling and wafers.
  2. Place wafers into bottom of liners
  3. filleach cup 3/4 full w/cheese mixture
  4. Bake at 350 for 10 mins or until filling is set
  5. Cool and top w/ pie filling!!
